Recently, some nonprofit organizations have filed formal complaints against Flipcause on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website, claiming to experience significant delays in receiving their funds, without any clear communication from Flipcause.

Flipcause’s terms and conditions (section 17.3) state that there is no minimum amount to transfer funds to an organization’s verified bank account. Transfers via ACH typically take 1-5 business days to reflect, while transfers by certified check take 10-30 business days.
However, many users report delays of over a month between the time a transfer is requested and the time the money arrives – and sometimes longer.

Flipcause **** owes us over $18,000. Many complaints have been filed with the BBB regarding this same issue. Flipcause is handling nonprofit donations in an unethical manner that quite frankly seems like Ponzi scheme.
Flipcause is withholding $21,500.00 from our nonprofit… that is owed to us for program registrations and fundraising to support families raising children with autism and developmental disabilities…Flipcause continues to charge us for their platform, yet isn’t sending us the funds raised by our organization.
Flipcause has received a BBB rating of “F” due to their failure to respond to 54 out of the 64 complaints filed against them.

For the past year and a half, Flipcause has been holding our funds for an average of 14-21 days before transferring. We initiate a request for transfer and expect it to be 3-5 business days. We then have to follow up with “Account Relations” where we have been told it will arrive within another 7-10 business days “they have been experiencing difficulties with their ACH service”.
